Using Your Account
Each time you place an order, you'll have an opportunity to create an account (you should create an account only once). Creating an account requires only your email address and the selection of a password and password hint. By creating an account on Zubal Books you'll be able to track your orders, view past orders and expedite the checkout process by having the billing and shipping information completed for you (we don't store your credit card information. Credit card information will have to be entered for each order.).

Your email address together with your chosen password is required to track and view orders within the account section.

Only orders processed with your account can be tracked or viewed at a later date.

If you have forgotten your account password, you may request a password hint via email. Click here to request a password hint by email.

Shipping Information and Shipping rates
Domestic Orders (Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii)

International Orders (Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii)

UPS Express	UPS Express service is available for $28.50 per item to be shipped. Allow 4 to 7 days for delivery from the ship date.
Global Priority	Global Priority Shipping is $13.50 US for each item to be shipped. Global Priority Shipping takes only 5 to 7 days for delivery.

Airmail Shipping -  Airmail Shipping (if available) is an additional $20.50 US for the first item and $10.50 US for each additional item to be shipped. Airmail is the only express shipping available to certain European countries.

Shipping Rates and Speeds are Estimates Only. Customers may be
contacted with additional shipping options.

An additional shipping charge of $5.00 will be added for bad shipping addresses.

Frequently Asked Questions About Shipping
How are my books sent to my US address?
Zubal.com ships via UPS to street addresses within the US.

Zubal.com ships via USPS Priority Mail or 4th Class Rate Books to PO Boxes
and address to which UPS does not ship.

How are my books sent to my International address?
Zubal.com ships via UPS Express and USPS Global Priority. Each Global Priority package must
weigh 4 pound or less.

Parcels weighing more than 4 pounds will be shipped via Global Economy Letter Post (Surface)
or Air AO. We will be happy to quote you costs on multiple book purchases

Zubal.com also ships via Surface Book Rate. We recommend UPS Express
because it is quicker and more efficient.

How soon after I place my order will it be shipped?
Zubal.com normally ships domestic orders within 7 business days from the order date and international orders ship within 10 business days of the original order date.

RUSH Service is available for Domestic Orders only.
For an additional $10 per order Rush orders are shipped via regular UPS, processed and shipped the same day. Rush orders received after 3 p.m. are processed the next business day. Rush orders received Saturday or Sunday are processed the next business day.

Rush Service does not mean your parcel will go via the fastest route. Your Rush Order will still go via UPS Ground Service (domestic) unless otherwise specified by you. Please let us know if you want your Rush Order to go viaFed Ex or UPS Next Day. We'll quote you the price and ask for your credit card number to charge accordingly.

Finding Titles on Zubal Books
Quick Search
The Zubal Books Web site provides a quick search feature which is the fastest way to search our selections. To use the quick search from any page on the site, enter a word from the title, author or subject category/keywords in the field located at the top of the green left margin. Click on the arrow to perform the search. Your search results will be shown and items can be purchased by adding them to your book bag (see adding items to your book bag).

For the best results while searching Zubal Books - use only single words or phrases from the author, title or keywords. Author names appear last name first.

Advanced Search
The advanced search is provided to allow you to perform a more specific search of the available titles on Zubal Books. The advanced search provides search fields for the author, title, keywords (category) and a Zubal ID Number.

Any combination of author, title and keywords can be used. In addition, you can specify an AND - OR relationship between the author and title.

You may also add the description to your search criteria. The description field contains information such as : illustrated, illus, 1st ed., first edition, signed, cloth, paper wrappers, leather, etc. NOTE - The description field is best used to limit the returned search results using the criteria above.

Searching by Category
Browse Zubal Books selections by subject category. Popular subject categories appear in the green left margin under "Search by Category". Category search selections are sorted by the date they were added to our inventory; therefore the newest selections will be listed first. An additional list of categories can be found by clicking "more...".

Searching by Zubal ID Number
Users of various Book Listing Services can go directly to the selection by entering our catalog number on the search page.

Selecting Items to Purchase
From your search results a list of selections is presented. The number of results displayed per page can be adjusted by selecting a new value in the upper right section of the page and clicking the arrow. Add selections to your Book Bag using the checkbox for the item. Multiple selections can be chosen on each page.

Use the "Next" and "Previous" buttons at the bottom of the search results page to navigate the results pages.

For each page that you've selected items on (checked box for an item), you must click the "Add to BookBag" button located at the bottom-center of the results page. The chosen items will be added to your book bag. You can return to your results list from the book bag by clicking the "Continue Shopping" button located at the bottom left of your book bag page.

Using the Book Bag (Shopping Cart)
The "Book Bag" serves as your shopping cart on Zubal Books. Items added to your book bag can be removed by click the "Remove from BookBag" button to the right of each item.

The total number and cost of items (including multiple volumes) in your book bag is displayed at the lower right section of the page.

The selections in your book bag will remain for 30 days or until you remove them or they are purchased by another customer at Zubal Books.

Because the selections at Zubal Books are One-Of-A-Kind, it is possible that another customer will purchase a selection while it's in your book bag. In order to provide you with detailed information as to the "Real-Time Availability" of each item, a color is assigned based on the items availability status.

Green -The item is available now and is only in your book bag.
Blue - The item is still available for purchase; however it is also in someone else's book bag. If the item is purchased while in your book bag, its status color will change to red.
Red -This item has been purchased by another customer and is no longer available. It can be removed from your book bag by clicking "Remove Item". It will automatically be removed when you begin the checkout process.

Returning Items to Zubal Books
Zubal Books accepts returns for any reason. You will be refunded the cost of
the book and any applicable sales tax. Zubal Books does not refund
shipping/handling charges on returns unless your order was shipped in error
by Zubal Books.

Contact Zubal Books via email info@zubal.com within 7 days of receipt of your parcel to obtain a Return Authorization. Refunds on returned books without a Return Authorization from Zubal Books will not be given.

Please include a copy of your original receipt along with your return. Upon
receipt of the return, we will credit you accordingly.
